We’re pleased to share the latest construction progress across Maplestone as work continues to bring more of our community to life.  

Stage 8B and Stage 11  

Stage 8B and Stage 11 are progressing towards the next key milestone, with both stages now preparing to submit for Statement of Compliance (SOC).   

This is an important step in the development process and brings these stages closer to completion.  

Stage 13  

There’s also strong progress underway in Stage 13, where water and sewerage works have now been completed.  

With these essential services in place, roadworks are now beginning across the stage. This marks another significant step forward as Stage 13 continues to take shape.  

Looking ahead  

With works progressing across multiple stages, Maplestone continues to grow and evolve as a community.
