Get to know Pooja a little bit better…

Q) How long have you been working in the property industry? 

I have been working with Oliver Hume for the past two years now and I started just before COVID hit. It’s been a great whirlwind and with the countless lockdowns and restrictions, I am so pleased to be back in the Sales Office full-time.

Q) Why do you think Maplestone has been so successful so far?

Maplestone is lucky to be surrounded by the beautiful nature of Sunbury, you even have Jackson’s Creek Conservation Area just south of the estate. This is all conveniently located just off the main access of Sunbury Road, where Sunbury town centre is mere minutes away. 

There’s plenty of future projects, amenities and infrastructure surrounding the immediate area of the estate and it is looking exciting for future residents of Maplestone. 

Q) What are your 3 favourite things about life in Sunbury?

• With plenty of scenic landscapes, plus gorgeous wineries on Sunbury’s doorstep, there are plenty of places for you to take a casual stroll and enjoy the great outdoors.

Popular land sizes in demand are anywhere between 450- 500 sqm at Maplestone. With a mix of purchases from couples, young families and first home buyers.

Q) Does Maplestone support any local communities etc?

We sponsor Sunbury’s local basketball team, the Sunbury Jets. They are always on the lookout for players of all ages, both males and females from 6 to 80 years old!
