Zenia has grown up locally and is currently working in Sunbury. Though she drove past the Maplestone signboard and location numerous times, she visited the sales office with her partner Jordan after seeing an ad on Real Estate.

 “I was looking at a long-term plan to buy my very first house in Sunbury, with a goal to build and buy in a good community,” Zenia says.

After some research and some comparisons to neighbouring estates, “Maplestone seemed like the nicest one in the area, it was a boutique community which was ideal and what Jordan and I were after.” Zenia researched other estates in the area, and found them to be a little more expensive, and was happy with the variety of lots available at Maplestone.

Like all prospect buyers and first-time buyers, Zenia searched for the perfect community to fit her and her partner needs and was ultimately drawn towards the smaller boutique community of fewer than 500 lots that Maplestone offered.

“Pooja – the sales agent,  was a great help and has kept good communication with us even after our purchase. I’ve been happy with everything so far,” she explains.

Zenia is most looking forward to the future development around Maplestone which will include a future town centre and shopping area.
