Wrapping Up 2022

What a year it’s been for Maplestone.

Throughout 2022, the community reached some exciting milestones as construction continued to gather pace across the estate. Since works began on Sunbury Road in 2021, Maplestone has transformed into a thriving new neighbourhood, with every stage bringing us closer to welcoming residents home.

This year, we released 58 new lots and delivered titles for Stages 1, 2 and 3, giving many purchasers the opportunity to start building their dream homes and take the next step towards life at Maplestone.

We’re also proud to celebrate another major milestone, with 95% of the estate now sold. None of this would have been possible without the support of our 279 purchasers, trusted builder partners, and dedicated sales team. Thank you for being part of the Maplestone journey.

As we look ahead to 2023, we’re excited to welcome our first residents, see more homes come to life, and continue building a connected community that people are proud to call home.
