It has been another great year at Maplestone, we’ve seen some excellent progression on-site and we are moving along quickly on all Stages at Maplestone.

From when we first started on the site along Sunbury Road in 2021, our most up-to-date footage of the site shows that we have come a long way since then.

We also released 58 lots this year and delivered titles for Stages 1, 2 and 3. It’s an exciting opportunity for purchasers to start building their dream homes, and one step closer to moving into the new community. 

With 95% of the estate now sold out, we couldn’t have done it without our 279 purchasers and our trusted building and agent partners. Thank you for helping us achieve a successful result this year, we couldn’t have done it without you!
